Last night we were exhausted from the weekend, which started on Friday with a bit of surgery (small and planned).

We got home to my apartment, pups circling at our feet, and I placed some frozen TJ dinners on a pan to warm up slow. As K did a bit more laptop time, I got some serrano peppers and sliced them thinly, curled a few cilantro leaves and sliced them up thinly too, and finally snagged a bin of homemade yoghurt.

The tikka masala and rice ended up incredible with the extra cilantro, peppers, and yoghurt mixed in.
