Get your yuca. Cut it into manageable thirds or quarts. The size should be about ~2.5 inches. This will make it easy to peel. Stick a knife into it parallel-like and cut an indent into it. From here, either use the knife to peel, or depending on the yuca, peel it by hand by digging into the cut with your nail. Peel all the yuca, and throw it into boiling water. 15 to 20 minutes, depending on amount, etc. You’ll know by smell, or poke it and see if it comes apart easily-ish. Once it’s cooked, remove. If you’d like, stop it from cooking with cool water. Once cooled, break it into thick cuts. Think potato wedge-esque. Then, either store or fry it on a pan. If tryna eat immediately, take some oil, heat up a pan hot, andddd throw that yuca in there! Season it with salt, garlic, butter, whatever you’d like.
Is done.
