Literally just a how to on fluffy eggs.
Okay the technique is simple. Cook the eggs on medium-low heat, and pretend that they're gonna be sunny-side up eggs. Like if someone was going to walk by they'd be like hey, nice sunny-side up eggies u got going there. But then, the trick is, that at the last moment while the yolk is still 73% runny, you break into it all, fluffing the egg this way and that. Don't over scramble, there should be nice big chunks of yolk and fluffy white clouds. If done right, the pan should be sparkling clean, no eggie wasted.
